REGISTRATION INFORMATION

• Participants are kindly requested to transfer the registration fee to the bank account provided below and send the participant information together with the payment receipt to the congress secretariat at tgrd@zevent.com.tr.
• Registration fees include the congress bag, badge, final program, certificate of attendance, and access to all scientific sessions.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the fees above.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – REGISTRATION

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Kongre Organizasyon Hizmetleri.
• For cancellation requests before 15 January 2026, 90% of the registration fee will be refunded (10% bank charges will be deducted).
• For cancellations after 15 January 2026, no refunds will be issued.
• After 15 January 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• The Vega Convention Center, Antalya accommodation package includes; 4 nights of accommodation (Check-in: 27 March 2026 – Check-out: 31 March 2026) and Congress registration fee
• VAT (20%) will be added to all accommodation fees.
• Participants are kindly requested to transfer the accommodation fee to the bank account provided below and send the participant information along with the payment receipt to tgrd@zevent.com.tr 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – ACCOMMODATION

• For cancellations before 15 January 2026, 50% of the total registration & accommodation fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations after 15 January 2026, no refunds will be issued.
